I Need Your Help!

Wow. This is the first post I've written since... August? Mea culpa. Time flies when your buried in a project you love. What've I been doing? Creating a new venture called OnBoard Yourself.

OnBoard Yourself is an online community and elearning site that helps new hires (think recent college grads and interns) quickly bridge the gap between college and career.

Hiring managers tell me "I don't have the time I used to mentor my new hires. I'm swamped; they have to figure it out on their own." New hires are frustrated. "If I knew what to do I'd do it!" they say. That's where we come in.

OnBoard Yourself gives new hires a step-by-step process to get themselves onboard and up to speed. We put them more in control of their onboarding and take the pressure off their bosses to do it all.

We've put together articles, interviews, podcasts, videos, discussion forums and elearning courses from nationally-recognized experts to teach new hires the basic skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their first career job.
